Job summary

CITIC Pacific Mining is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst for a permanent full-time role based in Perth. You will assist in delivering internal audit activities across the Company and support risk, controls and compliance assessments.

Reporting to the Business Analyst Audit, you will conduct fieldwork, perform data analysis, review documentation and prepare audit findings reports. You will engage with stakeholders across operations and corporate functions, ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Accounting, Finance, STEM or demonstrated equivalent competency.
• General awareness of business processes, corporate and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive audit information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office applications.
• Ability to travel to operational sites for audit work.
• Police Clearance (dated within last 3 months) required.

CITIC Pacific Mining is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst. This is a permanent full-time position based at St Georges Terrace, Perth.

Reporting to the Business Analyst Audit, this role is responsible for assisting in the delivery of internal audit activities across the Company. The role supports the assessment of risks, controls and compliance obligations and contributes to improving the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control processes.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting in the execution of risk-based internal audits
• Conduct audit fieldwork, performing data analysis & reviewing documentation
• Preparing accurate reports of audit findings & conclusions
• Participate in walkthroughs, interviews & discussion with stakeholders across operational & corporate functions

Successful applicant will have:
