Job summary

CITIC Pacific Mining is seeking an Electrical Operation Maintenance Technician to support the Desalination Plant team on a 2/1 continuous shift roster (nights & days) FIFO from Perth. This permanent full-time role focuses on maintaining critical desalination plant equipment and processes.

The successful candidate will operate, monitor, and fault-find across pumps, valves, instrumentation, and control systems, while applying safe permit-to-work and isolation procedures.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Qualification.
• WA Electrical Licence.
• Background in water treatment processes and equipment.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SCADA, Citec and Allen Bradley PLC.
• Instrumentation and HV Switching qualifications are desirable.
• Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP and Forklift.
• Hold or have the ability to obtain MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card).
• Current Drivers licence.
