RSM Australia Toowoomba is seeking Accountants and Senior Accountants who thrive in a collaborative, client‑facing role. Qualifications

• Experience within a Business Advisory, Tax or Public Practice environment.
• CA or CPA qualification (or currently studying).
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and building long‑term relationships.
• Ability to review work, mentor junior staff and provide commercial advice (Senior Accountant level).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
