Job summary

Woods Bagot Sydney Workplace Interiors team seeks an experienced Interior Designer to contribute to a diverse portfolio of local and global workplace projects. You will collaborate with a Principal and senior designers to shape engaging, high-performing environments that support culture, wellbeing and the future of work.

From concept through documentation to delivery, you will work across our global network with multidisciplinary teams, applying strong Revit skills, Adobe tools, and storytelling

Qualifications

• 4–10 years' interior design experience, ideally with workplace projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Strong Revit capability for project documentation and delivery.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign and Photoshop emphasized.
• Experience using Enscape or similar rendering software.
• Strong conceptual design, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Clear communication of design intent through visuals and words.
• Knowledge of workplace design principles and trends.
• Understanding of design detailing, documentation and coordination.
• Collaborative, proactive, with ownership and willingness to learn.
• Interest in construction standards and industry best practices.
