Bespoke Careers in Sydney’s North Sydney studio is seeking an Interior Designer to lead workplace and commercial interiors from concept to completion. You will shape spaces that reflect client culture and staff wellbeing while collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing local workplace and commercial interiors with a strong portfolio.
• Clear conceptual thinking with well-developed opinions on spatial design, materials and user experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with good understanding of documentation standards, codes and compliance.
• Experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas visually.
• Strong presentation and client-engagement skills, capable of articulating complex ideas with confidence.

Responsabilités

• Work on workplace and commercial interior projects from concept development to final delivery, ensuring design integrity at every stage.
• Develop innovative space plans, furniture layouts, material selections, and finish schedules, injecting your own creative vision.
• Transform client business objectives into compelling design strategies and detailed project briefs.
• Prepare and manage detailed documentation, drawings, and specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and team members, contributing to an inspiring creative environment.
