Job summary

369 Arch Studio is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a focus on luxury residential design to join our Sydney team. You will work closely with the Studio Director to develop concepts, select materials and produce detailed documentation.

We require a minimum of three years in residential interiors, strong technical skills in documentation and joinery detailing, and a portfolio showing detailed joinery drawings and FF&E schedules. site visits across Sydney are essential.

369 Arch Studio is seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury residential design to work closely with our Studio Director.

Application Deadline: 1 November 2026

• Assist with site visits, measurements and surveys across Sydney.
• Develop luxury interior concepts, mood boards and material selections.
• Prepare detailed interior documentation, floor plans, elevations and bespoke joinery drawings.
• Produce 3D models, high-quality renders and design presentations.
• Prepare comprehensive FF&E, finishes, materials and joinery schedules.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably luxury projects.
• Strong technical documentation and joinery detailing skills.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: ArchiCAD, Revit or AutoCAD, plus 3D visualisation software.
• Ability to independently deliver complete design and documentation packages.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's licence and availability for site visits across Sydney.
• Applicants must demonstrate strong technical documentation skills in their portfolio. Each featured project must include detailed interior/joinery drawings, FF&E schedules and material/finishes specifications, alongside design visuals.
• Portfolios containing only 3D renders will not be considered.
