Responsibilities include client consultations, space planning for healthcare settings, finish/material specification, and producing concept packages and drawings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 4–6+ years of professional interior design experience in healthcare or commercial fit-outs.
• Excellent spoken and written English with client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to translate briefs into concept designs and coordinate documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the initial design lead for client consultations and concept design.
• Develop high-performance space plans for medical and commercial spaces.
• Specify materials, finishes, lighting, and joinery for healthcare/commercial use.
• Advise on layout efficiency, buildability, and commercial viability.
• Produce concept packages, drawings, joinery details, and finishes schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, contracts admins, and engineers to align design with site conditions.
