Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams, including casual workforces.
• Ability to plan rosters, allocate resources and manage performance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborations with diverse communities and external stakeholders.
• Experience developing and evaluating community programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Intercultural Centre for efficient service delivery.
• Lead annual program planning aligned with organisational strategy and budget.
• Monitor program outcomes using data and community feedback for improvement.
• Ensure programs are culturally safe and accessible to diverse communities.
• Build strong relationships with external partners to support centre growth.
