  • Support the Possessions Manager with possession planning and reporting, including booking registers, possession utilisation and disruption reporting.
  • Support the Integrated Stage Works Manager with staging reports, interface trackers and readiness reporting across delivery packages.
  • Support the T&C Manager with test and commissioning trackers, certification status reporting and completion documentation.
  • Attend planning and coordination meetings to understand the works and ensure the tools reflect how the project actually operates.
  • Actively liaising with site teams and projectwide functional support teams to understand reporting needs and data sources.
About You
  • Exposure to rail or infrastructure projects, and familiarity with possessions, staging or commissioning processes,
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and the wider Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate),
  • Strong Excel skills and general data literacy, with the ability to structure, clean and interrogate data
