Job summary

Journey Early Learning Group is expanding its network and seeks an Integration Quality Manager to lead quality uplift across new and acquired centres. You will partner with Centre Quality Managers and Educational Leaders, coaching leaders, embedding our ways of working and driving consistent outcomes.

The role involves substantial travel across Victoria to support centres through transition and growth, with a focus on strengthening practices, culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven success leading quality improvement initiatives during growth and integration.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
• Exceptional coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Integration Quality Manager | Early Childhood Leadership

This role will play a key part in supporting the successful integration of new and acquired centres into the Journey network, partnering closely with our Centre Quality Managers and support teams to strengthen practices, embed our culture and drive quality outcomes.

About the role

The Integration Quality Manager will provide dedicated support to centres during their transition into Journey, helping establish strong foundations and ensuring teams feel supported through periods of growth and change.

Working in partnership with Centre Quality Managers, you will coach and mentor leaders, embed Journey's ways of working and help drive consistent quality outcomes across our growing network. While you won't hold responsibility for an individual centre, you'll play an integral role in supporting centres to successfully integrate and thrive.

Please note:

This role involves extensive travel across Victoria, supporting centres throughout our growing network. The successful candidate will need the flexibility and availability to travel regularly between locations.

• Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• The flexibility and commitment to travel extensively across Victoria to support centres across our growing network.
