Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Fluent Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced integration engineer who can align Salesforce and surrounding systems into one version of the truth. You’ll design and build interfaces across ERP, billing, warehouse, and data warehouse, and manage failovers at 2am.
You will map data across conflicting systems, set up monitoring, and handle production issues with calm under pressure. You’ll work with client vendors and document changes to avoid starting from scratch.
Make Salesforce and everything around it agree on one version of a customer, and keep them agreeing when the business changes.
Almost nothing we deliver ends at the Salesforce boundary. There's an ERP, a billing platform, a warehouse system, three spreadsheets and a data warehouse, and the interesting problems live in the space between them.
You design and build those connections: what moves, in which direction, how often, and what happens when it fails at 2am. This role sees more of a client's actual business than almost any other, because you have to understand the process before you can automate the handoff.
Other people's systems. You'll spend real time waiting on a third-party vendor, reading documentation that's wrong, and proving a problem isn't ours. It's the least glamorous part of a genuinely satisfying job, and the people who thrive here quite enjoy the detective work.
A phone or video call with our HR team. We'll talk through the role, the client mix and the parts of the job people find hardest.
A couple of people you would work alongside. It's your chance to see if it feels right, and ask the questions you didn't ask on the first call.
We move within a week of the last conversation. References at the end, only with your say-so, and never to your current employer without asking.
