Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Junior Integration Developer to design, build, and support secure data integrations across enterprise platforms in Sydney, NSW. The role focuses on APIs, middleware, and both synchronous and asynchronous data exchange.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in integration or middleware roles, with experience in REST, SOAP, and cloud-based integration, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Integration Development or middleware-focused engineering roles.
• Strong experience designing and developing APIs and integration services.
• Experience with integration platforms and tools (Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of messaging patterns, event-driven architectures, and data transformation.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Integration Developer, you will design, build, and support secure and reliable data integration solutions across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on developing APIs, managing middleware, and implementing synchronous and asynchronous messaging patterns. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, maintain detailed mapping documentation, and proactively monitor or troubleshoot interface performance to optimize data exchange across all environments.

Due to the secure nature of this role, we are needing candidates that has Australian citizenship with preference to those with security clearance.

Here's What You Need

• Experience working with REST, SOAP, and message-based integrations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid integration environments
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines for integration solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Australian citizenship with continuous residency of atleast 3-5 years
