Droga5 in Sydney is seeking an Integrated Social Producer to bring culturally relevant, platform-native ideas to life across social, digital and integrated campaigns. You’ll manage projects from briefing through to delivery, balancing creative ambition with budgets and timelines.

You’ll produce mobile-first content and integrated assets, coordinate in-house and external teams, and drive post-production workflows to deliver high‑quality outputs across 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 formats.

Qualifications

• Experience producing mobile-first social content and integrated assets.
• Skilled in briefing, scoping, rollout and post-production.
• Manage shoots, talent, locations, budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, account and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch, Reddit and emerging social channels.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate in-house and external production teams, photographers, suppliers and freelancers.
• Plan and deliver social content captures, stills shoots and integrated productions.
• Oversee post-production workflows and asset delivery across formats.
• Manage estimates, purchase orders, invoices and project finances.
• Identify production risks and develop practical solutions with the team.
• Use AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and scale content output.
