Job summary

Quality People is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst for a 7+ month contract in Williamtown, NSW. You will support the AIR6002 FLIFS project, develop Capability Definition Documentation, and manage the project’s systems engineering database.

The successful candidate will lead logistics for FLIFS elements, liaise with Defence SMEs to ensure delivery of critical capability, and must have NV1 security clearance along with experience in ASDEFCON Data Item Descriptions and

Qualifications

• Experience creating Capability Definition Documentation and logistics artefacts.
• Knowledge of ASDEFCON Data Item Descriptions and tender evaluation.
• Experience selecting and managing systems engineering databases.

Job description

Our Client Urgently requires an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst for a 7 months+ contract role in Williamtown, NSW.

The ILS Analyst will support the AIR6002 Future Lead-In Fighter System (FLIFS) project, You will be assisting the Team to develop Capability Definition Documentation and manage the project systems engineering database. The successful candidate will act as a key logistics lead for FLIFS system elements, liaising with subject matter experts and stakeholders across Defence to ensure the successful delivery of critical Defence capability.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Extensive experience developing Capability Definition Documentation (CDD) and logistics artefacts including Logistics Management Plans and functional and performance specifications (FPS).
• Proven expertise in ASDEFCON Data Item Descriptions and commercial procurement activities including tender evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience in systems engineering database selection, design, and content management.

Must have (minimum) NV1 security clearance.
