Job summary

Quality People is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join a high‑performing team in Sydney for a 9 months+ contract role.

This role focuses on planning and delivering logistics, materiel support, and sustainment arrangements to the highest standards within a complex maritime environment, and requires NV1 clearance and proven ILS experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) management.
• Ability to plan and deliver outfitting and allowances items.
• Strong data quality and cataloguing skills across logistics systems.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management and logistics data systems.
• Demonstrated ILS, logistics management or sustainment in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage GFE processes and support outfitting planning and delivery.
• Develop and implement logistics and materiel sustainment arrangements.
• Ensure high data quality across logistics systems and cataloguing.
• Apply strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory control.
• Demonstrate ILS/sustainment experience in a maritime/complex setting.

Our client URGENTLY requires anILS Manager for a 9 months+ Contract role in Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join a high-performing team within a complex maritime sustainment and integration environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that logistics processes, materiel support, and sustainment arrangements are planned and delivered to the highest standards.

Skills and experience required includes:

• Manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) processes and assist in the planning and delivery of outfitting and allowance items.
• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive logistics and materiel support arrangements across sustainment activities.
• Ensure high standards in cataloguing, codification, and overall data quality across logistics systems.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics data systems.
• Demonstrated experience in ILS, logistics management, or sustainment within a complex technical or maritime environment.

Must have (minimum) NV1 clearance.
