Lockheed Martin Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an AIR6500 ILS Lead to provide strategic direction for ILS engineering across the program lifecycle. You will collaborate with customers, subcontractors and internal IPTs to deliver integrated support solutions that ensure long-term operational success.

The role requires extensive Defence program experience, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and an ability to drive cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Integrated Logistics Support activities within complex Defence programs.
• Technical leadership delivering engineering acquisition and support solutions across the system lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of supportability, sustainment and logistics engineering principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with customers, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities for balancing program priorities.
• Experience in Agile engineering environments and knowledge of Defence domains.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic direction and technical leadership for AIR6500 ILS engineering program.
• Leading development and maintenance of Integrated Support Plan and ILS deliverables.
• Acting as primary ILS engineering interface for customers, subcontractors and IPTs.
• Aligning ILS activities to program milestones and reviews.
• Reviewing and assuring quality of ILS deliverables and program artefacts.
• Managing ILS team planning, resourcing and stakeholder engagement.
