Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia seeks an AIR6500 ILS Lead to drive integrated logistics support across a major defence program. You will lead ILS activities, coordinate with customers, subcontractors and IPTs, and ensure supportability is embedded in the lifecycle.

The role requires extensive ILS experience, strong leadership, and stakeholder engagement in Agile environments. Australian NV‑1 clearance eligibility is expected to support program milestones and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Integrated Logistics Support in complex Defence programs.
• Technical leadership delivering engineering acquisition and support across the system lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with customers, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligibility for Australian NV‑1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for the AIR6500 ILS program and support ecosystem.
• Lead development and maintenance of Integrated Support Plan and ILS deliverables.
• Act as primary ILS engineering interface for customers, subcontractors and IPTs.
• Align ILS activities to program milestones, reviews and materiel release requirements.
• Review and assure quality of ILS deliverables and artefacts.
• Manage ILS team planning, resourcing and stakeholder engagement.
