Anglican Community Services is seeking a Senior Business Planning Manager to lead the Planning & Performance team. You will drive Integrated Business Planning across Anglicare, uniting long-range strategy, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting to enable leaders to make informed decisions.

Reporting to the General Manager, Planning & Performance, you will oversee organisational-wide planning, forecasts and performance reporting, working with executives and finance teams to translate

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, planning or FP&A leadership roles.
• Experience leading organisation-wide planning, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Business Planning across Anglicare to connect strategy with plans.
• Provide commercial insights to executives and senior leaders.
• Deliver consolidated budgets, forecasts and three-way financial models.
