Job summary

Guidewire ANZ is seeking an Architect to design and deliver a workstream within an InsuranceSuite program. You will work hands-on with Gosu and Java on Guidewire Cloud Platform, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with project leadership to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead a track across PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter or integration, growing into a Senior Architect role with mentoring and exposure to larger programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering core insurance or enterprise systems with hands-on Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver your workstream from backlog shape to delivery.
• Write production-quality configuration and code on Guidewire Cloud Platform (Gosu/Java).
• Lead code and design reviews to meet Guidewire Cloud standards.
• Identify risks early and present options with data to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and customer/partner developers.
