Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Technical Lead/Senior Manager for Guidewire who will lead a team delivering end-to-end Guidewire implementations for Insurance clients. You’ll blend technical depth with strategy to resolve complex issues from concept to execution, working within PwC’s human-led, tech-enabled culture.

You’ll own integration knowledge across PolicyCenter, Billing Center and Claim Center, with emphasis on Guidewire Cloud concepts, digital channels, and data technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise integration in an Insurance domain.
• Proven Guidewire Cloud experience; PolicyCenter preferred.
• Hands-on with Guidewire Digital and data tech.
• Strong architecture and design pattern skills.
• Proficiency with Guidewire platform tools and REST/JSON.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire implementations for Insurance clients.
• Coordinate build, deployment and code merge activities.
• Drive architecture decisions and best practices.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing delivery team.
