Job summary

WTW seeks a Director to lead and shape its Insurance Valuation capability across Australia and New Zealand, guiding a high-performing practice for listed and complex organisations.

In this senior advisory role, you will act as trusted advisor to senior executives, drive strategy, originate engagements, and mentor a growing valuation team while collaborating across Risk & Analytics to maximize client impact.

• Extensive experience in insurance property valuation with strong technical credibility.
• Proven ability to advise listed and complex organisations, engaging with senior management.
• Demonstrated success leading complex consulting engagements with quality and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and development of the Insurance Valuation practice, including service offerings, delivery standards, and quality frameworks.
• Act as engagement lead and trusted advisor on complex insurance valuation assignments for listed and complex organisations.
• Originate, scope and oversee valuation engagements, partnering with senior leaders to expand integrated valuation offerings.
• Provide technical leadership across valuation engagements to ensure defensible, client-ready outcomes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior management, C-suite executives, and Boards.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing valuation team and support capability development.
• Collaborate across Risk & Analytics to deliver cross-disciplinary solutions.
