• Experience in a technical role supporting insurances and claims in large organisations.
• Knowledge of insurable risk and claims principles.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Ability to provide clear advice on insurance portfolios and processes.

Aufgaben

• Maintain knowledge of current government and industry insurance and claims practices and changes.
• Provide advice on Council's insurance portfolio and insurable risks.
• Support insurance placement activities and renewal questionnaires across policy lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate asset schedules and insurance valuation data with stakeholders.
• Administer insurance claims, lodgment, follow-up, and documentation.
• Coordinate claims under relevant legislation (e.g., PIPA) and related communications.
• Handle invoicing, receipting, payments, and journal processing for the portfolio.
