Mills Oakley is a leading national law firm seeking a Lawyer or Associate (1-5 years' PQE) to work on general insurance matters in Brisbane alongside David Slatyer and his team. The role offers hands-on experience across a diverse range of insurance matters under experienced practitioners.

You'll handle a broad mix of defendant insurance matters, including CTP, public liability, property damage, subrogated recovery, and coverage/indemnity issues, with a focus on client service and professional

Qualifications

• 1–5 years' PQE in defendant insurance litigation.
• Strategic mindset for complex disputes and court procedures.
• Ability to deliver results aligned with client objectives.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and managing conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication with a strong client service focus.
