Job summary

Gow-Gates Insurance Brokers in Sydney is seeking a proactive administrator to support brokers and managers, helping to identify opportunities to improve client service and streamline workflows. You will assist with system and database processing, renewals, quotes, compliance approvals, and generate client reporting while developing a career in financial services.

We encourage growth through internal development programs and support for new industry qualifications.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to effectively organise workload and calendars and prioritise effectively.
• Eager to learn and keen to grow a career in financial services (insurance).
• Hold a relevant tertiary degree, all considered!

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of client policy and wage data, generating client reporting and trackers.
• Coordinate broker and team calendars as well as maintain and analyse insurer reporting.

• An interest in developing a career in insurance and a passion for learning
