Job summary

INSURE TODAY, based in Bella Vista NSW, is seeking an Admin/ Broker Support to assist our insurance brokers with daily tasks and client interactions. The role offers variety, growth potential, and on-the-job training to build expertise in policy administration and renewals.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in insurance or operations, strong communication and writing skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge or interest in HBCF Cover for construction industry.
• Process HBCF Eligibility and Applications via HBCF portal.

INSURE TODAY is part of Steadfast and a growing General Insurance brokerage company and serving customers across Australia. For our expansion we need a Admin Support/ Broker Support on our Bella Vista NSW office who has the ability to grow within the role.

About The Role

A highly valued member of our enthusiastic INSURE TODAY team, the Broker Support plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our Insurance Brokers. Offering plenty of variety and satisfaction, this role supports general enquiries, policy renewals and new business and can expect any day to include:

• Processing new business, renewals, amendments, certificates of currency and endorsements (that's insurance talk for reviewing new applications and making changes to existing policies)
• Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokers, Insurers and other stakeholders.
• Following up clients, both by phone and email
• Knowledge or interest in HBCF Cover (Home Warranty) for construction industry.
• Processing HBCF Eligibility and Applications via HBCF portal.

This is a highly engaged role where you will work your magic by delivering a positive experience for all Capital Innovation clients/stakeholders. With previous experience in customer service and/or administration, you’re suitably qualified to apply!
