Sparke Helmore in Sydney is seeking a junior lawyer to work across Commonwealth jurisdictions with self-insurers and Government agencies on statutory matters, claims management and litigated proceedings. You will gain regular advocacy exposure in the Administrative Review Tribunal, supported by experienced practitioners who will mentor you.

Formación

• 1-3 years' post-admission experience in insurance, litigation, administrative law or related practice area.
• Experience in statutory compensation matters advantageous but not essential.
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills with a willingness to learn and take ownership of your work.
