• SC3 monitors and assesses student learning at class, cohort or whole-school level and uses data to drive improvement.
• SC4 demonstrates exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships with students, colleagues, parents and school community.
• SC5 models department values and contributes to whole-school professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate whole-school improvement initiatives in line with the school plan.
• Lead curriculum planning and delivery improvements across learning areas.
• Provide professional development and coaching for teaching staff within priorities.
• Lead staff performance and development processes.
• Deliver demonstration lessons and support assessment and reporting policy development.
• Support school operations policies related to student welfare and discipline.
• Contribute to curriculum development and policy at the school level.
• Engage with the school community to foster student learning, agency and wellbeing.
