The Instructional Designer plays a key role in designing, developing, and implementing best-in-class customer education experiences that empower users to confidently and effectively use InEight’s construction management software.
We’re seeking a creative and meticulous self-starter who is passionate about transforming complex technical functions and concepts into engaging, effective learning. The ideal candidate will be skilled at developing a variety of learning solutions, including virtual instructor‑led training, interactive eLearning, video tutorials, and performance support materials.
This position is part of the high-performing Customer Education team, reporting to the Director of Customer Education. The Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure learning content aligns with customer needs and InEight’s business goals.
*InEight promotes a flexible working environment and can accommodate work‑from‑home arrangements. The successful candidate will ideally be located in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane to accommodate meetings with US-based stakeholders.
