Job summary

Victory Curtains and Blinds Brisbane are seeking skilled installers to join our contractor network across Brisbane. Complete installations safely, measure accurately, and communicate clearly with customers and the support team.

No industry experience? We provide practical training and ongoing support; you manage bookings, while we handle upfront payments. Opportunities to discuss sales of window furnishings are available on request.

Qualifications

• An active ABN as a sole trader or registration as a Pty Ltd company.
• Own reliable vehicle, ideally a van with roof racks, and appropriate tools.
• Experience in installing blinds, curtains, awnings, security products or related trade is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong measuring, calculation and practical problem-solving skills.
• Organisation, attention to detail, reliability and punctuality.
• Professional, customer-focused approach and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage your schedule and meet deadlines.
• Optional sales work: confidence discussing customer needs and recommending practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Complete installations safely, accurately and to a high standard.
• Measure, calculate, troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
• Protect customers' homes and leave each work area clean and tidy.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the support team.
• Document and report installation issues when required.
• If interested, discuss suitable additional products with customers and convert opportunities into sales.
