Job summary

Premium Cabinetry & Interior Fit-Outs is seeking a Site Coordinator based in Fremantle to oversee high-end cabinet projects from factory dispatch to flawless handover. You’ll lead installation teams, coordinate deliveries and trades, and ensure exceptional workmanship across Residential and Commercial fit-outs.

Ideal candidates will have extensive cabinet making experience, strong leadership and client-management skills, and a solutions-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Site Coordinator – Premium Cabinetry & Interior Fit-Outs

Perth, WA | $100,000/$125,000 + Super | Fuel Card | Weekly Pay

Join a boutique design and construction company renowned for delivering bespoke residential renovations and premium commercial fit-outs across Perth.

Based in Fremantle, we don't build volume, we build spaces that demand precision, attention to detail and exceptional workmanship. Every project reflects our commitment to quality, and we are looking for someone who shares that same standard.

We are seeking an experienced Site Coordinator with a background in cabinet making and installation to oversee projects from factory dispatch through to flawless completion. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Opportunity

You will be the link between our workshop, trades, clients and project delivery. You will need to be able to ensure every installation runs seamlessly and every finish meets our exacting standards.

From bespoke residential kitchens to large-scale High-End Homes, you will take responsibility for bringing every project to life.

Your Responsibilities

Lead projects from factory dispatch through to final handover.

Coordinate cabinetry deliveries and onsite logistics.

Prepare sites, including small demolitions and installation readiness.
