We are seeking an experienced Site Coordinator with a background in cabinet making and installation to oversee projects from factory dispatch through to flawless completion. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving and delivering an exceptional client experience.
You will be the link between our workshop, trades, clients and project delivery. You will need to be able to ensure every installation runs seamlessly and every finish meets our exacting standards.
From bespoke residential kitchens to large-scale High-End Homes, you will take responsibility for bringing every project to life.
Lead projects from factory dispatch through to final handover.
Coordinate cabinetry deliveries and onsite logistics.
Prepare sites, including small demolitions and installation readiness.
Coordinate subcontractors and trades.
Mentor and support installation teams onsite.
Resolve challenges with confidence and professionalism.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
Maintain quality, safety and project timelines.
Deliver every project to the highest standard of craftsmanship.
You are an experienced cabinet maker who has naturally progressed into leading projects and understands what exceptional workmanship looks like.
