Job summary

Caringbah High School, located in Sydney's southern suburbs, invites applications for a high-impact educational leader. The role focuses on improving outcomes through evidence-informed curriculum leadership, whole-school initiatives in HPGE, acceleration and neurodiverse learning, while guiding staff development and engagement with families.

The successful applicant will oversee teaching quality, resource planning and a culture of high expectations, inclusion and respect across Years 7–12.

Qualifications

• Unconditional full approval to teach is required.
• WWCC clearance must be included with the application.
• Demonstrated leadership in HPGE, acceleration, and neurodiverse learning.
• Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare essential.
• Commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policy.
