Qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity to lead and develop staff through high-impact professional learning
• Evidence-informed practice to improve student outcomes
• Ability to use data and evidence to identify priorities, monitor progress and drive improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead a high-achieving school community
• Experience in whole-school improvement initiatives (HPGE, acceleration, enrichment)
