• Tertiary qualifications in teaching and the subjects identified.
• Registered to teach in South Australia or be eligible to obtain registration.
• Understand and commit to Christian education.
• Desire and skills to participate in the school's pastoral care programme.
• Desire and skills to participate in the College's co‑curricular programme.
• Ability to respond positively to the pressures of a modern classroom.
• Set high standards for student learning and one's own performance.
• Deal effectively with administrative detail of the position.
• Communication skills with a wide range of people, verbally and in writing.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with necessary cultural sensitivity.

• Play a vital role in the delivery of the middle school curricular at one of our 5 Schools (7‑10) North, South, Gawler River and Blakeview.
