Job summary

Trinity College South Australia seeks enthusiastic Middle School teachers (Year 7–10) to join a multi-site Anglican College in the northern Adelaide region. Successful applicants will bring sound knowledge of secondary schooling pedagogy to engage students and support the College’s Christian ethos.

Roles will involve delivery of the middle school curriculum across 5 schools (including the Roseworthy project in 2027) and participation in co-curricular programmes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in teaching as identified
• Registered to teach in South Australia or eligible to obtain registration
• Understanding of and commitment to Christian education
• Desire and skills to participate in pastoral care
• Desire and skills to participate in co-curricular programme
• Ability to respond to pressures of a modern classroom
• Ability to set high standards for student learning and personal performance
• Ability to manage administrative details of the position
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences
• Interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
• Knowledge of equal opportunity and work safety principles

Responsibilities

• Deliver middle school curriculum for Years 7–10 across multiple sites
• Contribute as a member of the School Team with wellbeing, curriculum and faith support
• Register interest for vacancies and engage with subject areas (Maths/Science, English/HASS, PE/Science)
