Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to plan and implement effective teaching and learning programs.
• Develop positive, respectful relationships with students and the community.
• Create and maintain a supportive and safe learning environment.
• Use Positive Behaviour Support and restorative approaches to build resilience and self‑confidence.
• Familiarity with Teaching for Impact framework and what effective teachers believe, know and do to enable student success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging Health and Physical Education programs for Years 7–10.
• Contribute to departmental events and activities.
• Establish a positive classroom learning environment and build student resilience.
• Teach AFL, Outdoor Education or Certificate courses where applicable.
