Job summary

Bacchus Marsh Grammar invites qualified teachers to join our Middle and Senior School for 2027, teaching across Years 5–12 at Maddingley or Woodlea Campus. Positions commence Term 1, 2027, with full-time and part-time options, and a salary range described in the Enterprise Agreement.

Qualifications

• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration.
• Relevant teaching qualifications.
• Commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
• Experience teaching senior secondary subjects, including VCE, will be highly regarded.
• A first aid certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging and structured learning experiences.
• Create inclusive, supportive, and calm classroom environments that promote student learning and wellbeing.
• Use assessment data to inform and refine teaching practice.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress and achievement.
• Maintain strong learning outcomes through rigorous assessment, timely feedback and continuous improvement.
• Support student wellbeing, pastoral care, and positive relationships.
• Participate actively in enrichment (co-curricular) programs and school events.
