• Proficient in hydraulic, hydrologic, and drainage system modelling and design software
• Sound working knowledge of construction practices and their impacts on public infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and support the professional development of others
• Negotiating outcomes with internal and external stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in Local Government is highly desirable
