Job summary

HUB24 Limited is seeking an Insights Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive product and business decisions. You will work with Product, Data & Analytics, and key stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities, translating findings into evidence-based recommendations that improve client outcomes.

This role suits someone who enjoys data analysis, storytelling through insights, and shaping product strategy across our hybrid work environment. January 2027 start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insights, analytics, market research, or data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance ongoing reporting with ad hoc requests.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Exposure to Databricks or similar data platforms is desirable.
• Experience within financial services will be highly regarded.
• Curious, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement.

We're looking for an Insights Analyst to help turn data into meaningful insights that drive better business and product decisions. Working closely with Product, Data & Analytics, and key stakeholders across the business, you'll identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations that improve outcomes for our clients and business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing data, solving problems, and telling compelling stories through insights. You'll play a key role in helping shape product strategy, optimise performance, and support continuous improvement across our platform.
Please note: We are seeking a candidate who is available to commence in January 2027.

What You’ll Be Doing
