Cencora is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help generate and grow business in Australia & New Zealand. Under the Inside Sales Team Leader, you will drive revenue and profitability, develop new relationships, and deliver tailored sales solutions within designated portfolios.

Win opportunities, maintain client relationships, and demonstrate a proactive approach in a dynamic freight-forwarding and life sciences context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or business development.
• CRM certification or familiarity with Salesforce/HubSpot preferred.
• Demonstrated experience meeting key performance indicators.
• Significant experience in a sales role within freight forwarding or science/lab industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

Summary:

Under the direction of the Inside Sales Team Leader, Australia & New Zealand, the inside sales associate role is responsible for generating, growing and maximizing World Courier's business opportunities and sales to drive the overall sales revenue and profitability of the organization.

Job Description:

• Develop new and sustainable business within designated portfolio areas to ensure the achievement of individual key performance indicators and overall success of the organization.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for partnership growth to increase the profitability and return on investment in each relationship.
• Represent World Courier in a professional manner that builds upon the already robust reputation of the organization.
• Actively engaging with new and existing business opportunities, delivering solutions.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Associate’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business development, customer support, or a related field required.
• Certification in a CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated experience meeting key performance indicators.
• Strong experience in a sales role.
• Significant experience in the freight forwarding or science/laboratory industry.
• High level of computer literacy; sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Prior experience in a Sales role preferred.
