Eco Outdoor Group is seeking a Product Developer - Architectural Surfaces to lead new and evolved surface products from design handover to final resolution. You’ll translate design intent, material possibilities and supplier capabilities into a clear path through sampling, trials and refinement.

This permanent, full‑time Sydney role reports to the Head of Product Development and collaborates with Design, Product Management, suppliers and Supply Chain.

Formación

• At least two years' experience in a related industry, such as architecture, interior design or the building trades
• Experience as a Product Developer or Brand/Product Manager in any product business is a bonus
• No formal qualification needed; a curious, technical mind matters more than your background
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A commercial mindset, grounded in a clear understanding of the customer and the market

Responsabilidades

• Lead new and evolved surface products from Design handover to final resolution
• Translate design intent, material possibilities and supplier capabilities into a clear path through sampling, trials and refinement
• Ensure products are specified, sampled, purchased, transported and handled with the required standards
• Gather and interpret market data, customer feedback, sales insights and category trends
• Build material expertise and supplier relationships to refine processes and tools
