Qualifications

Recognised teaching qualification and relevant tertiary studies in Education, Computer Science, STEM or related discipline.
Current accreditation and a valid Working with Children Check.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Willingness to participate in playground supervision and co-curricular activities.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver an innovative Digital Technology and Computer Studies curriculum (K-6) with NSW curriculum alignment.
Teach coding, computational thinking, digital literacy, cyber safety and digital citizenship.
Design, implement and review assessment and reporting practices to monitor progress.
Lead the primary school's AI and Digital Learning initiatives.
Provide curriculum leadership, mentoring and professional learning for teachers.
Collaborate with school leaders, teachers and IT to plan and evaluate digital learning initiatives.
Oversee selection and evaluation of digital resources and subscriptions.
Enrich the school community through coding clubs, robotics programs, and technology events.
