Job summary

Asahi Beverages Group in Melbourne is seeking an Innovation Specialist to drive selected new product ideas from concept to launch. You will collaborate with brand, sales, and agency partners to turn opportunities into market-ready offerings, supported by data and insights.

Reporting to the Senior Innovation Manager, RTD & Spirits, you’ll manage budgets and timelines, track performance, and capture learnings to strengthen future projects while embracing an innovation mindset in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience across brand management, marketing or a commercially focused role, ideally within consumer goods
• A strong consumer and marketing mindset, with curiosity about trends, brands and new product opportunities
• Commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to use insights to inform decisions
• Creative and curious, with an innovation mindset and willingness to experiment, test and learn
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across cross functional teams
• Organised and adaptable, with the ability to take ownership and keep initiatives moving in a fast-paced environment

Help bring the next generation of products to life at Asahi Beverages. This is an opportunity to work across the innovation journey, taking ideas from early development through to commercialisation and launch, while building your experience across brands, consumers and new product development.
