Job summary

Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing is seeking an experienced Innovation Project Manager for a fixed-term role to lead the timely delivery of innovation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping initiatives on track from planning through to delivery.

You will influence stakeholders, manage priorities, develop clear project plans, monitor milestones, and ensure effective resource use, helping shape the company’s innovation agenda across diverse areas of the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering projects.
• At least three years’ experience within food-related FMCG.
• Experience working with or supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management capability.
• The confidence to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
• A relevant bachelor-level qualification in Project Management, Science, Marketing, Management or Engineering.

• Lead the delivery of approved innovation projects.
• Bring together cross-functional teams to achieve agreed business objectives.
• Develop clear project plans and manage resources effectively.
• Keep key stakeholders informed on project progress.
• Monitor deadlines, milestones and project deliverables.
• Identify challenges, make recommendations and keep projects moving.
• Coordinate meetings and resources across different areas of the business.
• Build strong relationships and create alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
