Job summary

Sanitarium is a progressive Australian-owned business behind Weet-Bix, UP&GO, So Good and The Alternative Dairy Co. We are seeking an experienced Innovation Project Manager on a fixed term contract to drive innovation projects across Sanitarium, bringing teams together and keeping projects moving from plan through to delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and manage timelines while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in food-related FMCG.
• Experience across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder, communication and influencing skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational capability.
