Strong stakeholder engagement and governance involvement are key. The role requires a tertiary qualification and proven project management experience, with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change across departments.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in project management or similar roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects on time, within budget and in line with approved methodologies.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor activities, resources, schedules and priorities.
• Manage scope, risks and issues with appropriate controls and mitigation.
• Prepare reports, evaluate outcomes and update governance bodies.
• Build stakeholder relationships and drive change through effective communication.
