Job summary

Timberlink Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Injury Management Advisor for the Tarpeena site, 20 minutes from Mount Gambier. You will manage workers' compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work across SA and other states with insurers and HR support.

The role requires knowledge of the Return-to-Work Act 2014 (SA), strong case management, confidentiality, and a process‑driven approach to injury management and HR programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing workers' compensation claims and coordinating return-to-work arrangements.
• Familiar with privacy and confidentiality obligations in workplace injuries.
• Ability to work with insurers, rehabilitation providers and medical practitioners.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of workers' compensation claims and return-to-work coordination.
• Support injury management across SA and other states (VIC, NSW, QLD, WA) with state insurers.
• Develop foundational injury management processes for Tarpeena site and the broader business.
