Timberlink Australia & New Zealand is recruiting an Injury Management Advisor for the Tarpeena manufacturing site, 20 minutes from Mount Gambier. You will manage workers' compensation claims end-to-end and coordinate return-to-work plans, with duties spanning SA and other states as required.
The role requires knowledge of the Return to Work Act 2014 (SA), experience with insurers and rehabilitation providers, and a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality and compliant record-keeping.

We currently have an opportunity for an Injury Management Advisor to join our team at our Tarpeena manufacturing site, located 20 minutes from Mount Gambier.
Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Relations and Injury Management, this role is responsible for the end-to-end management of workers' compensation claims and return-to-work coordination in South Australia, in accordance with the Return-to-Work Act 2014 (SA).
The role also supports return to work and injury management across the Rest of Business states of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia, coordinating with HR supporting claims directly with each state insurer under the relevant legislation.
The role will support the development of foundational injury management processes for the Tarpeena site and broader business, covering both work-related and non-work-related illness and injury. In addition, the Injury Management Advisor will contribute to a range of HR programs and initiatives as required.
