Job summary

Heng & Hurst is seeking a hands-on marketer to support a leading injectables portfolio in ANZ, based in Melbourne. You will collaborate with sales teams and clinics to deliver impactful campaigns and practical tools that drive commercial growth across Victoria.

The role requires a degree in Marketing, Business or Communications and at least 3 years of experience delivering campaigns and sales tools, including B2B2C channels in medical aesthetics or related fields.

Qualifications

Marketing experience with a proven track record delivering campaigns and sales tools.
B2B2C experience, ideally marketing through professional or clinical channels.
Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals or allied health.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop sales tools, clinical education materials and promotional resources for the BDM team.
Plan and execute EDMs and targeted digital campaigns to engage clinics and drive sales.
Support product launches, seasonal promotions and brand initiatives across the injectables portfolio.
Collaborate with Sales, Medical and Education to deliver effective, compliant marketing materials.
Build relationships with clinicians and clinic owners to understand customer needs and market trends.
Support BDM onboarding and training across product knowledge, positioning and brand messaging.
