Make an impact supporting First Nations communities across Australia
Our client delivers Social and Emotional Wellbeing training and community capability-building mental health programs for adults and young people in First Nations communities across Australia, with a particular focus on rural and remote regions.
They are seeking a highly organised Data & Logistics Support Officer to join their national team and provide essential administrative, scheduling and travel coordination support to the Project and Operations teams delivering these important programs.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position, with HQ located on the Tweed Coast, NSW/QLD border.
This is a busy and varied coordination role where attention to detail is absolutely essential. You will be supporting Project Managers, trainers and operational staff who are delivering programs across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.
A significant component of the position involves coordinating complex national travel and logistics, ensuring trainers and project staff are in the right place at the right time. You will also provide high-level administration, maintain project data and records, track program activities and assist with reporting and financial administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will be someone who genuinely enjoys administration and coordination and takes pride in getting the detail right. With multiple trainers, locations, travel arrangements and workshops occurring simultaneously, you will need to be able to juggle competing priorities without losing sight of the finer details.
Ideally, you will bring at least two years' experience across travel administration, operations, travel logistics, project coordination or data support. Experience within a travel agency , community services, health, education or a government-funded environment would be highly regarded.
